This article illuminates the point of finding out the presence of
the temperature differences on the cultivated land surface,
particularly, on typical black deep humus-arm earth with the
help of the satellite Landsat 5 (TM) heat channel. The results of
the computer-aided (automatic) identification of relevant
indicators on the satellite image on September 25, 2010 with the
use of model of the energy balance (SEBAL) in the Kirov
village council of Poltava district, Poltava region are adduced.
The obtained results formed the basis for detecting the thermal
dependence of the soil surface from the type and fertility.
