Діагностична ефективність способів копроовоскопії під час виявлення яєць стронгілід травного тракту у овець

Анотація

Шлунково-кишкові нематодози, зокрема стронгілідози, призводять до економічних збитків тваринницьким господарствам унаслідок негативного впливу паразитів на організм жуйних. Залежно від виду стронгілід вони можуть спричинити анемію, діарею, втрату ваги, зниження продуктивності та загибель. Для лабораторної діагностики стронгілідозів травного тракту у тварин використовують загальновідомі способи флотації, які включають мікроскопічне виявлення яєць, і чутливість яких значно різниться, що може призвести до зниження ефективності проведення діагностичних заходів. Метою досліджень було дослідити у порівняльному аспекті чутливість та ефективність відомих способів копроовоскопії за стронгілідозів травного тракту овець. В експериментальних умовах проведено випробування чотирьох методів флотації, а саме: Дахна (із бішофітом), Сорокової (із сумішшю розчинів кальцієвої та аміачної селітри), Стародуба (із сумішшю розчинів цукру та кальцієвої селітри), Петренка (із сумішшю розчинів кальцієвої селітри, цукру та кухонної солі) за експозицій 5, 10 та 15 хвилин. Проведеними дослідженнями встановлено, що всі випробувані способи копроовоскопії є чутливими та дозволяють виявляти 100 % позитивних проб. Водночас найбільш ефективним способом, який дозволяє виділити найбільшу кількість яєць стронгілід травного тракту у овець, виявився спосіб Петренка. За його використання та експозиції копропроб 5 хв показники інтенсивності стронгілідозної інвазії перевищували результативність способів Дахна – на 32,3 %, Сорокової – на 19,4 %, Стародуба – на 8,8 %. За експозицій 10 та 15 хв ефективність способу Петренка перевищувала показники інвазованості тварин стронгілідами травного тракту, отримані за використання способів Дахна – на 36,1 та 30,2 %, Сорокової – на 26,3 та 22,5 %, Стародуба – на 19,5 та 16,9 % відповідно. Отримані результати досліджень дозволяють рекомендувати спосіб, де в якості флотанту використовують суміш розчинів кальцієвої селітри, цукру та кухонної солі, для ефективної зажиттєвої лабораторної діагностики стронгілідозів травного тракту у овець.
